William Tencza is a food and beverage industry leader from the Garden State of New Jersey. He is excited for the opportunity to learn and contribute to the Project as a Standards Committee Voting Member.

As a Market Development Lead at The Campbell’s Company, he is responsible for the growth of the Northern New Jersey market through collaboration and engagement with 37 Independent Distributor Partner routes and retail outlets. He wants to utilize his sales experience to educate people through standards development; since everyone has a right to know what is in their food.

William holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Food Marketing and Sports Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration Postbaccalaureate from Oregon State University.

He brings his background of nonprofit development from volunteering at Selective Seconds. Selective Seconds is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization furniture store operated by the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. The proceeds from the sale of donated household items provide financial assistance to those in need from the local community.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
