High-Risk Inputs: Non-Testable Affidavits

The Non-GMO Project requires GMO testing to demonstrate the non-GMO status of high-risk inputs in many cases. However, affidavits attesting to the non-GMO status of an input are used in place of testing in certain situations where testing is not possible or not reasonable.
