Bake with non-gmo flours, drink non-gmo and organic milk, make most of my own personal care products with non-gmo ingredients, eat non-gmo/organic/grassfeed meats whenever possible. Phase out products with “modified” starches or oils that are known to have been modified. Use non-gmo oils for sautéing.

Only eating non-GMO foods. We eliminated all gmo foods from our home. We also try to avoid GMOs while eating out but selection is very limited where we live. For Easter we found non-GMO lovely candy (caramels and fruit chews ) in eggs from our Easter egg hunt in our back yard.
