Hans Eisenbeis

Hans Eisenbeis has worked in journalism, marketing, and PR for 25 years.  As a boy, he worked summers on his grandfather’s fifth-generation dairy farm in Vernon County, Wisconsin.  His love of the outdoors began on the farm and in the forest, but now extends to mountaineering,  sailing, cycling, and backpacking – as well as organic, natural, and non-GMO foods that regenerate life. Emma Flynn

Melissa Waddell

Melissa grew up in Vancouver, BC, surrounded by the natural beauty of Canada's coastal forests. Rachel Willner

Rachel Willner holds an M.S. in Plant Molecular Biology from the University of California, San Diego, and an M.S. in International Agricultural Development from the University of California, Davis. Pauline Lauvin

Pauline Lauvin grew up near Paris and holds a Master's Degree in Agriculture and Food Sciences from the Superior Institute of Agriculture located in Lyon, France.
