Program Coordinator

Originally from South Florida, Emily traveled cross-country to the Pacific Northwest, trading in a surplus of sunshine for the majestic mountains. Prior to joining the Project, Emily was an independent consultant specializing in content management and improving organizational efficiency. Additionally, Emily brings to the Project a diverse background in the food and beverage and natural products industries. She values the need for greater product transparency and is passionate about providing consumers with everything they need to make informed choices.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature. When not at the Project, Emily enjoys hiking the North Cascades, attempting to stay on her mountain bike, and working towards the perfect tomato sauce.
