BOLA granola, a handmade granola from the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts, is proud to announce that their products have been Verified by the Non-GMO Project.
The Non-GMO Project offers North America’s only independent verification for products made according to rigorous best practices for GMO (genetically modified organisms) avoidance.
“We are not just makers, we are consumers and we want to know everything about what we consume,” says founder and CEO Michèle Miller. “Our customers trust us, and Non-GMO Project Verification affirms our commitment to provide them with the very best.”
Launched by Miller in 2008, BOLA is made entirely by hand in small batches. BOLA granola currently makes four products: BOLA granola, BOLA granola GLUTEN-FREE, BOLA granola Barely Sweet and the BOLA Bar.
Called “the gold standard” by The Boston Globe and “the best granola in the country,” BOLA granola products are available at all Whole Foods locations in the North Atlantic and Northeast and hundreds of independent retailers as well as on-line at www.bolagranola.com.
