Supporting Retailer Program
The Non-GMO Project’s Supporting Retailer Program offers retailers an opportunity to support the Non-GMO Project’s work in a way that directly benefits store customers and staff.
Supporting Retailers make a donation to the Project of $150, plus $100 for any additional store locations (retailers interested in contributing larger amounts can review our support levels by clicking here).
In thanks for this tax-deductible contribution, the Project will provide materials and support for your staff and customers, and will help you educate about and promote non-GMO products in your stores.
Each Location will receive the following:
- A 2′ x 3′ poster (see image at right)
- 50 Project logo buttons (can be worn on staff aprons or given out at the register)
- 10 Project logo stickers
- Special recognition on our online search of Retailer Endorsers (a Non-GMO Project logo will be added to your listing)
- PDF materials to print out and post or distribute, including a Non-GMO Project FAQ Brochure.
- Materials and support to help you implement effective Non-GMO promotions, including shelf-talker and signage programs, monthly emails listing newly Verified products, and support and materials for active sampling programs.
- Support for training staff, hosting educational events on GMOs, and more
- The option to purchase additional promotional materials at cost
- Outreach and Marketing opportunities during this October’s Non-GMO Month!
Participating in this program provides you with the recognition you deserve as a retailer committed to non-GMO food and products, and will help you educate your customers about their right to an informed choice when it comes to GMOs.
