Grant Lundberg
In 1985, Grant Lundberg graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Management, with a concentration in Farm Management. Before entering Cal Poly in 1981, Grant was raised in Richvale, California at the family farm. His father’s family moved to the Richvale area in 1937 from Nebraska.
He spent two years in Ames, Iowa and graduated in 1987 with a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics. In the spring of 1987, Grant chose to work for his family’s business.
Grant arrived back in the Richvale area in the summer of 1987 and started working for Lundberg Family Farms. Susie and he moved to nearby Chico. In 1990, Susie and Grant started a family with the addition of Emma. Ansel arrived in 1993. Grant enjoys traveling, bicycling and swimming.
In 1997, Grant was made the CEO of Lundberg Family Farms. Since then, Lundberg Family Farms has expanded its board of directors to include the third generation of the Lundberg family. The board is comprised of eight family members, including Grant.
